Exchanges and returns policy: Not applicable to digital services, however please note that the following applies to editorial work:
- Work on the manuscript shall be divided into three parts, equivalent to roughly each third of the text. The author (the customer) shall approve editorial work on the first third before the editor proceeds to the second part, and the same applies when moving from the second part to the final part. If the author finds major issues at the first, second, or third stage, they can request a partial refund for the part that was unsatisfactory. However, they cannot request a refund on a part they have already approved. The author may request updates and improvements to any section of the manuscript at any time (without a refund).
Delivery times: The edited manuscript shall be provided to the author according to timescales agreed between the editor and the customer before the project commences. If the editor fails to provide the edited manuscript on time, the author is entitled to a full refund.
Accepted payment method: Credit Card
Payment period: Credit card payments are processed immediately.
Price: The price shall be agreed between the editor and the author prior to project commencement and based on the length of the manuscript and the type of editing required (proofreading, copy editing etc.)

- 原稿の作業は、本文のおよそ 3 分の 1 に相当する 3 つの部分に分割されます。 著者（お客様）は、編集者が第二部に進む前に、最初の3分の1の編集作業を承認するものとします。また、第二部から最終部に移行する場合も同様です。 第一段階、第二段階、第三段階で作者が重大な問題を発見した場合、満足できなかった部分の一部返金をリクエストすることができます。 ただし、すでに承認した部分については返金を要求することはできません。 著者は、いつでも原稿のどのセクションに対しても更新や改善を要求することができます (返金なし)。
納期: 編集済みの原稿は、プロジェクト開始前に編集者と顧客の間で合意されたタイムスケールに従って著者に提供されます。 編集者が編集済みの原稿を期限までに提出できなかった場合、著者は全額返金を受ける権利があります。
